Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Keystone Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN to join our growing team.
We are a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the families in our community. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a busy pediatric office setting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing patient phone calls and clinical messages
- Requesting and tracking medical records for new patients
- Referral coordination and tracking
- Lab and diagnosis tracking
- Completing medication prior authorizations as needed
- Assisting and floating to support other nursing staff when necessary
- Supporting providers and patients in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous office nursing experience preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
