Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Cleveland, GA at Gateway Health and Rehab. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
• CPR certification
