    - Professional & Technical Skills - Experience gained through an approved School of Nursing plus an appropriate period of hospital orientation to the assigned patient care area and to personnel.
  - Education
    - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  - License(s) or Certification(s)
    - Must possess a current Indiana license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  - Other Skills or Requirements
    - Ability to type 30 wpm with6 errors or less.
