LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Contract: 13 Weeks
Tentative Start Date: October 20, 2026
Shift: Evenings | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Position Details

• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
• Unit: Long-Term Care / Nursing Facility
• Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:10
• Charting: Epic experience required
• Floating: May be required within scope of practice/skillset
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Local Candidates: Accepted at $10 less
• Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white

License & Certifications

• NY LPN License: Required to submit
• Must have an active New York single-state LPN license
• Pending License: Not accepted
• Important: New York is not a Compact state
• BLS: Required

Scheduling Requirements

• RTO: Must be submitted at the time of initial submission
• Block Scheduling: Not specified/available
• Special Scheduling Requests: Must be submitted with the initial submission
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
• Call-Off Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

Key Requirements

• Active NY LPN license in hand
• BLS certification
• Recent Epic experience
• Long-Term Care/Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Must be willing to work every other weekend and applicable holidays
• Must be willing to float within skillset
