Sign On Bonus Available up to $13,000 (based on experience)! Job Summary: To render professional nursing care to assigned residents as directed by the charge nurse and/or RN. Collaborate with the staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality resident care. To perform all activities and procedures in accordance with approved PP. Supervises and delegates appropriate duties to ancillary personnel. Assists with administering specialized therapy while maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents; other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Holds a current LPN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license); at least one year experience in long term care preferred.
