Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses and in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nurses and physicians

• Deliver quality care while promoting independence, dignity, and respect for residents

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff members

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with changing healthcare regulations and best practices
