    Description

    We have a new LPN opening in Burns, TN for a Contract to hire with the possibility of long-term placement once hours have been met.

    This role is with a Recovery Center provides 24/7 medical detox and residential inpatient care with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate, plus dual diagnosis services.

    Registered Nurse (LPN) – Job Overview

    Position Details:

    • Placement: contract-to-hire
    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Shift: Days| 7a-7p Thurs-Sat
    • Location: Burns, TN
    • Overtime: Opportunities available

    Purpose:
    The LPN supports patient care through assessments, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, and overall clinical support within the facility.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Measure and record patient vital signs.
    • Discuss and document patient health concerns.
    • Perform tests and administer injections as needed.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and EMR documentation.
    • Provide wound care when necessary.
    • Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
    • Obtain provider orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
    • Assist with patient education and health guidance.
    • Review, update, and sign off on patient charts.
    • Complete required training and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (preferrable rehab experience)
    • Active Tennessee RN license in good standing.
    • CPR and First Aid/AED certification.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively use EMR systems.
    • Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
