Responsibilities Include:
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes
• Provide compassionate nursing care
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and healthcare team members
Qualifications:
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
