This is a 6-12 month contract with the State of Arizona. You must be able to start two weeks after offer and have the following items to submit to this job:

1. Resume and 2 references

2. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

3. CPR/BLS Card

4. TB Skin Test

5. License/Certification for Position

6. Hepatitis B vaccination or declination of offered vaccine

7. COVID vaccination or declination of offered vaccine

8. Skills Checklist- I will email you this once I have received prior documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients in a day shift setting.

• Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and changes promptly.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.

• Coordinate with healthcare team to update care plans and discharge needs.

• Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Meet daily productivity targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning for patient flow.

• Identify and escalate clinical concerns promptly to ensure timely intervention.

• Engage in continuous learning to advance clinical skills and professional growth.

• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and aftercare.

• Participate in on-site team meetings and share progress toward goals.

• Safely manage equipment and inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
