Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LPN for our client in Devils Lake, ND, 58301 This is a 10 weeks (Possible Extension) contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LPN
Location: Devils Lake, ND, 58301
Duration: 10 weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Day Shift (Variable Days) – 12-hour shifts



Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and report changes promptly.
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Support resident care plans and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident safety and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
