What You’ll Do:
+ Provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN and nursing leadership
+ Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
+ Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
+ Support and guide CNAs in providing daily resident care
+ Document care and maintain accurate medical records
+ Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
