As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents feel safe, cared for, and valued every day.
Providing direct nursing care and resident assessments
Administering medications and treatments safely
Monitoring and communicating changes in resident conditions
Supporting and supervising TMAs and Nursing Assistants
Responding to medical emergencies and coordinating care
Maintaining accurate charting and clinical documentation
Protecting resident dignity, rights, and confidentiality
Participating in quality improvement and team training
Following infection control and safety procedures
Active Minnesota LPN license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead and support team members
Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Ability to lift/move 30–60 lbs with assistance as needed
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move throughout shifts
Ability to safely perform essential nursing duties
