Ratios: 2 nurses during the week plus MDs, DON and all management. 2 nurses for day, 2 nurses for afternoon, 1 at night. Always 1 RN on site - 1 RN on call over the weekend for help. 7 CNAs will be on during day, 4 CNAs will be on overnight. 3 halls split in 2 Units - LTC and Rehab. No vents or trachs, a few sling lifts - 12-15 hand fed residents and tube feeding possible.
Scrub color: Any color scrubs, long sleeves okay under scrubs, no hoodies.
Charting System: American Data ECS experience is a huge plus.

Animals in building: DON's Shih Tzu.

Public Transport: Bus and taxi system.
Orientation: Meet with DON on first day at time of normal shift start. Facility will provide name badge. Nurses get a little more training. Need to be there 2 hrs before shift. CNAs would need to be there 15 mins before the first shift.
Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid.
Work Week: Sunday-Saturday.
Overtime available: Yes.
