May require travel to Western Tidewater as needed.Differential pay is provided for the travel and flexibility that is needed for this role. Overview LPN manages responsibilities of workload with accuracy, provides excellence in customer service, performs testing, medication administration and the implementation of nursing interventions and care plans to support a holistic approach to patient care. The LPN serves as patient advocate in the prevention of illness or disease. The work of the LPN may be performed in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, or private homes.
