Monmouth Rehab and Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN role at our skilled nursing facility.
Our nursing staff is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. As an LPN, you will play a key role in supporting the health, comfort, and daily well-being of our residents while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.
Compensation:
$32.00 - $39.42/hour
The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Pay is based on experience and benefit selections.
Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Support and collaborate with RNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active State LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach
