Job Details:   Title: LPN Location: Franklin, NH Shift: 8HRS/DAY Duration: 9-13  weeks (Possibility of extension) Guarantee: 40 Payrate: $40-$46/hr   Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusion and injections.
  • Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history intake, and physical examinations.
  • Assist with daily living activities for patients in long-term care, assisted living, or home care settings.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support patients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities or dementia.
  • Participate in triage and emergency response situations as needed.
  Requirements:
  • Active LPN License.
  • Active BLS
  • COVID Card
  • DL Copy
  • FLU Vaccination
