Come join THE premier Senior Living Campus in Fairfield County! We are looking for compassionate, dependable LPNs who want to be part of a close-knit nursing team and provide exceptional care to older adults in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

We are currently seeking LPNs specifically for our 3 PM–11 PM evening shift, with Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities available.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate nursing care and oversight to our residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team
• Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs
• Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns
• Help create a supportive, respectful and team-oriented environment
• Work collaboratively with fellow nurses and nursing leadership to ensure excellent resident care

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Knowledge of geriatric care
• Senior living, assisted living, memory care or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
