We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the Night shift (7p–7a). The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional care, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician directives
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma (in good standing)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and time management skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
