Qualifications:
Role Overview:
As a Nurse (LPN) you will, provide primary health care and emergency services to patients, promote wellness, and serve as a health resource. This role supports patient success by addressing health-related barriers.
Key Responsibilities:?
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide first aid and emergency care.
- Monitor patients with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, seizures).
- Conduct contact tracing and illness follow-ups.
- Support individualized health plans for patients with special needs.
- Maintain accurate patient health records.
- Ensure compliance with state health regulations and policies.
