We are looking for full and part time LPNs to provide on-site quality health care to people with disabilities that live in our group home in Amherst, NY. The positions available are: Full time 3rd shift (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12am-8am) Full time 3rd shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 12am-8am) Full time 2nd shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 4pm-12am) Part time 2nd shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 4pm-12am) Part time 1st shift (Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm) Responsibilities include nursing services, medical documentation, medication administration and coordination of pharmaceutical services.
