Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health

Pride Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health for a 13-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Olympia, WA.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and overall health management.
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Home health experience preferred.
• HCHB experience preferred.

Important Details:

• Assignment Length: 13-week contract
• Start Date: September 7, 2026
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Coverage Area: Olympia/Lacey, WA
• Location: Olympia, WA
• Pay Range: $31-$33.50
• Mileage Reimbursement: No mileage reimbursement between patient visits
