Hourly Pay:

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services according to physician orders and the patient's plan of care.
- Monitor and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data and communicate changes to the clinical team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Accurately document patient care and interventions.
- Educate patients and family members regarding care plans and health needs.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Maryland or Virginia Compact (based on where you reside).
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience with active licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association
- Online only certifications are NOT accepted.
- Current TB test
- Ability to pass all employment screening requirements.
