Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty HomecareWest Chester, PA$32-$34 per Hour (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for patients in the home setting throughout the West Chester area.

Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the clinical team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care needs, as applicable
- Perform wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Homecare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or pediatric experience welcomed
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently in a homecare environment
- Reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled shifts
