Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty Homecare

West Chester, PA

$32-$34 per Hour (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for patients in the home setting throughout the West Chester area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
  • Monitor patient status and report changes to the clinical team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care needs, as applicable
  • Perform wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
  • Homecare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or pediatric experience welcomed
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently in a homecare environment
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled shifts
