Buckeye Hospice Care is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medication administration, nursing home care, and dementia care. If you are passionate about providing quality patient care and have expertise in urgent care, internal medicine, and sonography, we encourage you to apply. Area of coverage will be determined by candidate's location. **Duties**- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers- Provide nursing care in a nursing home setting- Specialize in dementia care for patients with cognitive impairments- Utilize ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate medical records- Assist in urgent care situations requiring immediate attention- Apply physiology knowledge to assess and monitor patient conditions- Collaborate with internal medicine physicians for comprehensive patient care-Perform sonography procedures as needed- Assist with sutures and wound care as necessary
