Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse ready to provide exceptional care within an Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) facility? What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within an ICF (Intermediate Care Facility) setting in Pennsylvania.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status, administer medications, and perform routine nursing procedures.
- Rotate across different homes within the same campus, ensuring consistency and a dynamic work environment.
- Commit to a 5-day consecutive daylight orientation from Monday to Friday to ensure a smooth transition into your role.
Required Skills:
- Valid and active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working in IDD or similar healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate attitude and excellent observation skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in an ICF or similar residential care settings.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Basic knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or residential care environment.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to rotate to multiple homes within the campus.
- Must be available to complete a 5-day daylight orientation (Monday-Friday).
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
- Willingness to travel between different locations on the campus as needed.
