Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated LPNs to provide exceptional care in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The position involves working 24-hour weekend doubles on Saturday and Sunday, with rotations to different homes within the same campus. Candidates must be flexible to work either LPN or RN roles. The schedule includes a 5-day consecutive daylight orientation from Monday to Friday to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
