We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support our residents within Intensive Care Facilities (ICFs) across Pennsylvania. What You Will Do:
As an LPN in our Pennsylvania ICF, you will provide essential nursing care to individuals with IDD, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Your role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team across various homes on the same campus, supporting residents on weekends and during weekday orientations. Your dedication helps foster a safe, supportive environment where individuals thrive.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
  • Proven experience in adult healthcare or residential care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, shift-based environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in IDD or behavioral health settings
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience with documentation and electronic health records
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from an accredited program
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience in a related setting
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work 24-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) rotating within the same campus
  • Availability to complete a 5-day daylight orientation (Monday-Friday) before starting shifts
  • Must be eligible for licensure and certification reimbursement programs where applicable
  • Reliable transportation for travel between homes when necessary
