Required Skills:
- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation accurately
- Ability to complete required orientation and adapt to shift work
- Capable of working 5 consecutive days during the certified orientation period (Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in an ICF or similar facility
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to IDD care
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably with IDD populations
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to complete a 5-day orientation before transitioning to shift work
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all healthcare standards
- Ability to participate in reimbursement programs for licensure, certifications, travel, and other eligible expenses
