What Youll Bring:
- Valid LPN licensure in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Prior experience in residential or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Prior experience in ICF or similar settings is a plus
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a residential care environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 24-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with rotation to different homes within the campus
- Willingness to complete a 5-day daylight orientation (Monday-Friday) prior to start
- Willingness to travel within the campus as needed
- Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
