Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse seeking a fulfilling role where you can make a meaningful difference? We are looking for passionate LPNs to provide exceptional care in an Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting in Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers a stable schedule on the third shift, with the opportunity to work across different homes within the same campus, contributing to a supportive environment that champions resident well-being and staff collaboration.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic knowledge of IDD care protocols and procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in IDD or ICF settings
- Ability to perform assessments and develop care plans
- Flexibility to rotate shifts within the schedule
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification with current state licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or before May 18, 2026
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight hours) with no weekends scheduled
- Willingness to rotate to different homes within the campus
- Completion of a 5-day daylight orientation from Monday to Friday prior to shift start
