Required Skills:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
- Proven experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to follow clinician instructions, document care accurately, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in an ICF setting or similar healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to IDD care.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with IDD populations.
- Prior experience working in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) environment is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
- Ability to travel to various facilities or locations as needed.
- Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including any vaccination or health requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential weekends or evening shifts.
