Required Skills:
  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to follow clinician instructions, document care accurately, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in an ICF setting or similar healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to IDD care.
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with IDD populations.
  • Prior experience working in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) environment is advantageous.

Other Requirements:
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
  • Ability to travel to various facilities or locations as needed.
  • Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including any vaccination or health requirements.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential weekends or evening shifts.
