Join Our Dedicated Healthcare Team as an LPN in Pennsylvania's Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Facility! Play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with disabilities within an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). What You'll Bring:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
Proven experience working in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings with IDD populations.
Strong knowledge of clinical practices related to disability care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate nature with a commitment to patient dignity and well-being.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with behavioral health support.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding IDD care.
Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse populations.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Valid LPN license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of one year of recent LTC or IDD care experience.
Relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid.

Other Requirements:

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Travel reimbursement and licensure-related expenses covered when applicable.
