WSi is currently seeking experienced LPNs for an opportunity in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy providing hands-on patient care and supporting patients as they recover from complex medical conditions.
What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
- Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and daily patient care
- Care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support successful patient recovery
