Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
  • Certifications Requirements: Up to 3 relevant certification requirements: Current CPR certification; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (as applicable by facility policy); ACLS not required unless specifically requested by the facility.
  • Experience Requirements: Up to 3 appropriate experience requirements: Minimum 1 year of licensed practical nurse experience; Experience providing patient care in a long-term care and/or rehabilitation setting preferred; Demonstrated competency with medication administration and routine nursing documentation.
  • Other Requirements: Up to 3 additional requirements: Active IL LPN license in good standing; Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day and night shifts with rotating weekend/weekday coverage needs; Strong communication and bedside manner with the ability to follow care plans and facility procedures.
