Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) –Outpatient Urology Clinic
Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7: 45 AM –4: 30 PM
Pay Rate: $23–$30/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
A fast-paced outpatient urology clinic is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, and hold an active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license. This role offers the potential for long-term placement based on performance and clinic needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
- Assist providers with in-office urology procedures
- Administer medications and injections as ordered
- Perform catheter care and catheter placement
- Assist with voiding trials and related procedures
- Coordinate patient care and follow-up scheduling
- Document clinical information accurately in the electronic medical record
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructions
- Support daily clinic flow in a high-volume outpatient setting
Qualifications- Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required (outpatient experience preferred)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Patient-focused, reliable, and team-oriented
