Our team members bring our mission to life each day through exceptional care, innovation, and service.What You'll Do as an LPN - Assisted Living: As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Assisted Living community, you will provide high-quality resident care while serving as a leader to Resident Aides on your assigned unit.Supervise and support Resident Aides to ensure quality care deliveryAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersMonitor resident health (vitals, intake/output, assessments)Assist residents with ADLs while supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual needsCoordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, families, and interdisciplinary teamsProcess physician orders, lab results, and admissions documentationComplete accurate charting and ensure timely documentationMaintain infection control standards and follow safety protocolsRespond to emergencies and follow disaster preparedness proceduresWhat We're Looking For: Current Ohio LPN license 1-2 years of long-term care or assisted living experience (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systemsAbility to lead, prioritize, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Genacross?
