What You’ll Do

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents
2. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
3. Monitor and report changes in resident condition
4. Communicate with physicians and nursing team
5. Support and supervise CNAs
6. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
2. Long-term care experience preferred
3. Strong clinical and communication skills
4. Experience with EMR systems
