Role Summary
Our client, a leading not-for-profit healthcare system, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled direct and indirect patient care across a variety of clinical settings. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the established plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient observations, measurements, and clinical information
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while promoting a safe clinical environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of one year of LPN experience
- IV Certification required for bedside nursing positions
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Strong clinical knowledge and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
Practice Settings
Multiple openings are available across a variety of care environments, including:
- Hospital inpatient units
- Outpatient surgery center
- Physician practices
- Behavioral health and crisis stabilization services
- Other ambulatory and specialty care locations
Compensation
- Hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $33.50, based on experience and assigned position
