What You’ll Do - Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident responses
- Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
- Current CPR certification
LOCATIONS: Two Nazareth Home campuses
Clifton - 2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206 - LPN – Days 6:30am - 7:00pm full and part time
- LPN – Nights 6:30pm - 7:00am full time
- Desk Nurse - 6:30am to 7:00pm full time
