Empro Staffing is a premier staffing agency specializing in healthcare personnel. We take pride in connecting talented Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with facilities that require dedicated and compassionate care. We are currently seeking experienced LPNs to join our network of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will work directly with patients, providing a wide range of nursing services while ensuring their comfort and safety. Compensation: $43 - $47 hourly rate depending on facility.

Schedule: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am including rotating weekends

Pay Period: Weekly, every Thursday via direct deposit.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.
  • Assist with daily activities and ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records.
  • Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid New York State LPN license.
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • At least 3+ months nursing home experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver patient-centered care.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules and work environments.
