Location: Utica, NYSchedule: We are currently hiring for multiple 8-hour shifts to accommodate various schedules:
Day Shift: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM
Night Shift: 10:30 PM 6:30 AM

Travel LPNs:$1,780 - $1,830/week (gross)
Local LPNs (within 75 miles):$40/hour (W2)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Utica, NY. This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension. Both local and travel candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a 40-bed skilled nursing unit
Float between units within the same facility as needed
Maintain accurate patient records using PointClickCare (EMR)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patients' health goals
Adhere to established nursing protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Active LPN license in New York State
BLS certification (AHA preferred)
At least 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or rehab settings
Willingness to float to all units
Ability to work every other weekend
