LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Part-Time 2nd Shift

LPN - Part Time

2nd Shift 3:00pm- 11:00pm

Mon-Fri, Weekends as needed

LPN Qualifications:

• Must have and maintain a current license to practice nursing
• Must have current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Must be able to perform job-relevant duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting/moving a minimum of 50 pounds

LPN Job Duties:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as defined in the resident care plan
• Medication supervision, correctly documenting each medication given and ensuring that medications are ordered and received
• Communicates with staff and family after any incident as well as completes the incident report accurately and timely
• Diabetic Care, Routine Injections, and Oxygen Management
• Other Duties as assigned
