Schedule:
Part-Time | 24 Hours
Night Shift (2x8s / 3x8s rotation)
Every other weekend and holiday required
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care and support to adult and geriatric residents
Assist with medications, treatments, ADLs, and resident monitoring
Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses
Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment
What You’ll Bring:
Active NY LPN License required
Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI specifically) required
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required
Ability to begin orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
