Our LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the following: Working with all nursing personnel to develop comprehensive care plans based on an accurate initial assessment of resident needs and strengthsProviding work schedules and assignments to a group of non-exempt employees or a small group of professionalsConducting performance reviews, recommends and may conduct disciplinary action and resolution.To qualify as a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse you will need:A Temporary Practice Permit for a Graduate Practical Nurse or an LPN License.Current CPR certification.
