Job Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
• Active Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN License• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross• Minimum of 1 year of recent paid experience working as an Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN • COVID Vaccinated• Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray• Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening• Reliable transportation & smartphone
