Position: LPN Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Opportunity
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Active Maine LPN License or Compact LPN License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 2 Years of Recent LPN Experience
Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Post Acute Care Experience Preferred
Medical Terminology Knowledge Preferred
Ability to Float Between Units as Needed
Experience caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients
Experience in Rehabilitation or Post-Acute Care settings
Strong wound care and IV therapy knowledge
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
EPIC EMR Experience Preferred
