Position: LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Utica, New York – 13502
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Start Date: 03/23/2026 – 06/20/2026
Shift: Night Shift (10:30 PM – 06:30 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
 
Position Highlights:
·       40-bed unit
·       Patient population includes MS, Orthopedic, Dementia & Memory Care
·       Must float to all units within the same building
·       EMR: Point Click Care
·       Locals accepted (at local rate)


Requirements:
·       Minimum 1+ year of LPN – LTC experience
·       Active NY LPN State License
·       BLS Certification (AHA required)
·       COVID Vaccination Card
