LPN LTC LPN nights 36/44 GTE with OT available EverTrue Luther Crest LTC / Nursing Homes 8 60 60 Variable - Nights 12s Allentown PA this will be a 36/44 rotating GTE hours, 3-12 hour shifts and 1 8 hour shift, then 3-12's the next week. They did state they will have possible OT every week, I will add the schedule shortly when the facility sends it to me. Week 1: 7p-730am Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, then 11pm-730am Friday Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday- 7pm-730am
