Job Diva ID: 26-05279 Position Title: LPN LTC Location: Amsterdam, NY 12010 Duration: 13-week Work Schedule: Nights 5x8 Pay rate: $38 for Local on W2 & $48/hr Blended for Traveller
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
First Time Travelers are Accepted 2+ Long Term Care Experience Required Certification required: BLS, CNA License Responsibilities: · Provide direct nursing care to residents according to their care plans. · Administer medications, treatments, and injections as ordered. · Monitor residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition. · Perform nursing assessments and report changes in residents' conditions to the RN/provider. · Assist with wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures. · Coordinate care with CNAs, RNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff. · Document medications, treatments, assessments, and resident care accurately in the EMR. · Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility as needed. · Monitor residents with chronic conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.
